General Timeline*
- Pre-order packages become available -> one week prior to photo day
- Pre-order offers expire and order fulfillment begins -> 7-10 days after photo day
- Photo gallery goes live -> 10-14 days after photo day

- "Do I have to pre-order, or can I wait to see the pictures first?"
Pre-ordering is not required. It is simply a way to purchase a package earlier at a discounted rate. A link to view and purchase photos at regular price will be sent out once the photos are online (usually about 10-14 days after photo day).
"Do you have a paper order form?"
In order to streamline the order process and eliminate
- "How long will it take to get my pictures?"
As soon as the photo gallery goes live you will receive a link to select your desired pose(s) for your pre-order package. Then, pictures will be processed and shipped immediately after your selection is received. You must complete your selection in order for the pictures to be printed and shipped.
- "Why did I get two links to select a pose?"
Most pre-order print packages include digital downloads, as well. The online photo site may separate the physical prints and the digital downloads into two separate sections, which would cause multiple links. Please do not ignore the second link. It will cause a delay or partial fulfillment of your order.
